You drive. We run the business side of the truck: the six jobs that decide whether the week makes money. Here is exactly what we handle in each one, and what it changes for you.
Dry vanReeferPower-onlyOwn authority or leased1 to 15 trucks
Six jobs, one operating partner
Who does what
You drive. We do everything else.
The split is simple on purpose. Your side of it fits on four lines.
YouFour things
Drive the loads we book, on the lanes you agreed to
Keep your hours and your home time
Send the POD and the in/out times when you deliver
Read one sheet on Monday and make one decision
UsEverything around the truck
Find, price and negotiate every load, and plan the reload
Check every broker's credit and days to pay before the truck moves
Dispatch: appointments, ETAs, check calls and driver support, 24/7 in scope
Breakdowns: the shop, the price, the tow, the broker, the new appointment
PODs chased, detention claimed, invoices out the same day
Revenue, deadhead, exceptions and one change, every Monday
The six jobs
What we handle, and what it means for you.
Each job below is a list of things that get done, and a list of what changes on your side because they did.
01
Loads, lanes and rates
We find, vet and negotiate every load against real lane data, and plan the next one before you deliver this one. You never take a cheap rate because you were in a hurry.
Deadhead → 9%
Higher rate per mile, fewer empty ones
What we handle
Check the lane against current rates and up to 13 months of history
Negotiate with the market in hand, not a guess
Price the deadhead to pickup before saying yes
Plan the reload a day ahead and confirm it exists before the truck is committed
What it means for you
Rate context on every offer, so you know a good one when you see it
The full load economics, not the headline number
The next position planned before you deliver this one
02
Breakdowns & maintenance
When the truck goes down, someone else works the phones. We find the shop, price the repair and keep the load moving, while the driver stays with the truck.
3 calls, not 1
Less downtime, smaller repair bills
What we handle
Take over the phones when the breakdown call comes in, 24/7 within scope
Call around for the repair instead of paying the first shop that answers
Arrange roadside, towing or a mobile mechanic where that is faster
Tell the broker early and move the appointment before it becomes a service failure
What it means for you
The three calls that find the cheaper fix, made for you
A driver who waits with the truck, not on hold
Scheduled maintenance planned into the week, not discovered on the road
03
Broker management
Every broker is checked for credit and days to pay before you haul for them. Every rate confirmation read line by line.
$0 to bad brokers
No unpaid loads, no 60-day waits
What we handle
Credit score and average days to pay checked before a rate is accepted
Rate confirmation read line by line before the truck moves
Carrier packets and onboarding handled once
Detention, layover and TONU terms agreed up front
What it means for you
Slow payers screened out before they cost you a month
Accessorials agreed before the truck sits
A short list of brokers who pay and pick up the phone
04
Dispatch & drivers
Appointments, ETAs, check calls and driver support around the clock, planned on real hours of service. Not optimism.
24/7, in scope
More loaded days per week
What we handle
Complete load details to the driver, first time
Appointments scheduled against available hours
ETAs and check calls so the broker is not chasing you
Breakdowns and delays escalated as they happen
What it means for you
Fewer interruptions on your phone
Schedules built on real hours, not hope
Someone to call at 2 a.m.
05
Paperwork & billing
PODs chased, detention and layover documented with timestamps, invoices out the same day with every accessorial attached.
Same-day invoices
Paid faster, paid in full
What we handle
PODs chased from the driver and the receiver
Detention timestamped and claimed inside the window
Documents checked against the rate confirmation
Invoice out the same day, complete
What it means for you
Invoices out on time, every time
Accessorials on the invoice, not written off
Records your factor, accountant or insurer can use
06
Weekly numbers
Every Monday: revenue, miles, deadhead, exceptions, and one specific change for next week. You see exactly where the money went.
Every Monday
Decisions, not guesses
What we handle
Revenue, revenue per mile and utilization, per truck
Deadhead miles and where they happened
Lane and broker patterns that produced or cost you
One change for the week ahead
What it means for you
Deadhead you can see, not guess at
Patterns instead of anecdotes
One change per week, in writing
Brokers we work with
We book your loads with the biggest, best-paying brokers in the U.S.
And we check every one before your truck moves: credit, days to pay, and how they behave when something goes wrong.

A rate confirmation, marked up the way we read it.
Every load starts with this document. These are the eight lines an operator reads before the truck moves, and the ones a carrier in a hurry skips.

The counterparty, not the rate.MC number checked against credit score and average days to pay before anything else is read.
2
FCFS windows are where detention starts.First come first served at 06:00 means the driver is in line at 05:15, and the clock has to be documented from arrival.
3
Deadhead is yours.781 loaded miles; the 40 to get there are unpaid. That is priced into whether the rate is good, not discovered afterwards.
4
"All-in" means no fuel surcharge.Fine at today's diesel. Read it as a bet on fuel for the next 48 hours.
5
Three hours free, $50 an hour, 24 hours to claim.Weaker than the $75 after 2h we push for. Timestamps in writing or it is $0.
6
Lumper receipts. No receipt, no reimbursement. The driver is told before pickup, not after.
7
"Complete paperwork" is the clock.Net 30 starts when they say it is complete. A missing POD page is thirty more days of a truck payment.
8
Liability cap vs. your cargo policy. If your policy is $100,000 and the load is worth more, the gap is yours. Declared value in writing on anything high-value.

Pricing
A percentage of what the truck earns.
Illustrative at 5% of gross. On an $8,000 week that is $400, and the only fair question is what that $400 has to protect.
Final pricing depends on fleet size, equipment and scope, and is agreed in writing before anything starts. No specific return, revenue increase or cost saving is guaranteed.

Weekly fee (illustrative)
$400
A single avoided 200-mile deadhead more than covers an illustrative week's fee. Deadhead at $2.336/mi; idle day at 120 miles of foregone running; detention at $75/h after 2h free. Illustrative, not a guarantee.
